Rude snotty blonde working at the register on her phone. Ask for 2 things and out of both. You are in traverse city with a GFS, Sysco, a Walmart, and 2 Meijer. Learn how to keep your store stocked! Terrible management! Will not be coming back. I’ll be taking my business to woodland right down the road! Edit: a week or 2 later and I come back and still no angel food cake!

Ordered a KIDS ice cream with sprinkles, oreos and whipped cream and i was charged 7.19. I had to show people the receipt because no one believed me. Why would anyone ever go here? Culvers, Moomers or McDonald's is right down the road.

We came in for dinner and a little treat. We found out that they only have hotdogs. We ordered two hotdogs, chips, pretzel sticks and a slush. We got the hot dogs and slush, not condiments so we asked for catsup, mustard and onions. They don’t have onion, we got four packets of catsup and they are going to find some mustard and bring it out. They said our pretzel sticks are ready, we ask about our chips and they finally brought them out. We placed another order for another hot dog with condiments and two blizzards. We got the order and I asked about the condiments and he said that they are out of mustard. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and neat. It just sticks that they are out of items and you have to ask for the pieces of your order when they are not busy.

I placed an online order for a simple cone ice cream… and while my other items were handled just fine… the cone itself was a different story. It arrived packed in plastic with the vanilla ice cream completely crushed… opening it would’ve created a total mess. I went back inside to have it corrected… but the replacement was even more confusing. The cone was empty inside the plastic… the ice cream was scooped separately… and it was clear they didn’t understand how a cone should be packaged. I tried explaining… but they just couldn’t grasp it. The team here definitely needs more training on basic order handling.

Been going for years… denied my free blizzard after filling the blizzard card. Some young man basically called me a thief. Like I’m trying to steal a blizzard. I’m 60 years old, been bringing my family for years. Unfortunately, we will not return.
